Life is basically made up of customs. Very few people can afford to invent a different routine each day. However, even in the midst of those limits that each day imposes on us, we can introduce exotic habits that have the potential to significantly enrich our lives.

When we talk about exotic habits we are not referring to strange or unusual behavior. These are simply customs that are rare, but not difficult to adopt, or to internalize.

Many of the things we do as a routine we have learned without realizing it. Nature has a strong influence on our emotions. The effect is almost immediate. It is enough to approach a green space and instantly you will experience its healing power, in the mind and in the body. It is one of the healthiest exotic habits that we can adopt.
