We have the option of being able to choose to live and enjoy an open, serene attitude towards emotions and enjoy full inner well-being. Stop suffering by being brave enough to give ourselves, as far as unconditional love is concerned, with open arms to our dearest ones.

We forget many moments to be grateful for like these for feeling happy with opportunities that not all of us will be able to experience. But those who do are fortunate for it and are tasked with blessing and honoring. Honor life and everything that happens in it, because it has the power to grant us the best feelings, learnings and experiences.

Learnings and experiences that lead us to build the best version of ourselves : the true human essence. Based on the vital laws of the whole, we belong to something much greater and that we each feel in our hearts.

Being grateful to the people who love us, to the fact of feeling and being alive, enjoying each experience and being unconditionally is necessary if you want to have a positive attitude. To give thanks is to recognize and value everything that surrounds you.

Work with your body awareness

The body is our tool to connect our inner wisdom, our divine gift: what we have a duty to share with those we love. Following this dogma we bring to light that our reason, the one that makes us choose one side or another, depends directly on the body, and vice versa.

Thoughts condition body posture, breathing, our movements and especially our attitude  to those experiences that pose a barrier to us and that can leave us with immensely rich learning as a memory.

Our body marks the union of everything with ourselves. Without him we could not live, that is clear, as eternal beings. When we become aware of our body instrument is when we can modify and change to positive our way of managing emotions.
